I support people and communities in navigating transformation and all of its painstaking logistical, spiritual, and emotional demands. My work is rooted in the belief that real change begins when we reckon with the stories, structures, and systems we inherit, examine the ones we unconsciously live within, and dare to imagine new ones.

Drawing on my experience working across artist collectives, cultural institutions, movement spaces, and communities of mindfulness, I design containers that blend narrative change, systems thinking, and somatic awareness. I lead fellowships, creative productions, strategic planning, visioning, and learning journeys all in the spirit of getting unstuck. I’ve made it a personal mission to explore—together, in community—how we can renew our own aspirations, practices, and ideas of ourselves.

Over my career, I’ve managed lots of non-traditional team structures and decentralized hierarchies, exploring new means of power-sharing, decision-making, and organization building. With this ethos, I never work alone. Alongside a constellation of co-creators, the work is grounded in care, clarity, and collaboration, and animated by the belief that healing, imagination, and embodiment must be woven together to transform our systems and ourselves.
